Overview

Seated in the heart of the SOBRO neighborhood, the re-imagined mixed-use development includes office space, residential, retail and restaurants offerings. The plan proposes a central hotel tower flanked by two multi-family buildings supported by a pedestrian-forward design. Massing for the building footprint includes welcoming arrival drop-offs while below-ground parking affords parklike open space above for a walkable development. Contemporary exterior spaces, expansive plazas and pocket parks are complementary to the modern architecture while vehicular traffic is sequestered to perimeter roadways.

An improved right-of-way experience creates publlc points of entry, while creative grading solutions provide connections and interest to the pedestrian experience. The urban park experience is complete with event lawns, playgrounds, dining plazas, water features and a regionally native landscape and materials.

EDSA’s landscape plans depict the configuration and location of all site features, amenities and landscape components in order to best represent the scale and relationship of program elements with a native twist on materiality, planting palettes and visual aesthetics.
