In addition to the residential and commercial offerings, the live work/play development has an intriguing array of cuisine, curated collection of shops, and a South Beach inspired beach club with podium level amenity deck. Each of the eight residential towers have full amenities with saltwater swimming pools, wellness facilities, and chic spaces. It is expected to take 10 years for full build, two hotels, and a tram-based transportation infrastructure. 

EDSA prepared a landscape master plan detailing the overall landscape theme/character in addition to addressing vehicular and pedestrian, arrival points and entry statements, streetscape treatments, and site furnishing.
