The up-market complex consists of the 225-room Park Hyatt hotel, an adjacent spa retreat, central pool, and lounge area. Shadowed by swaying mature palms, the pool amenity sits at the heart of the development and sets an atmosphere of calm and relaxation that pervades the entire complex. In addition, the Golf & Yacht Club incorporates an 18-hole championship golf course, a 9-hole Par 3 course, golf academy, retail shops, waterfront restaurants, gymnasium, residential villas, a marina, and conference facilities.

Working with the client and consultants, EDSA established an integrated design that responded to market conditions and regional sensitivities. With a modern twist on history, EDSA incorporated contemporary forms in creating traditional courtyards and intimate spaces, open-air pavilions, rich green lawns, and exploratory amenities.
