Fusing Mediterranean chic with traditional Nubian style, the destination has five swimming pools dotted throughout the stunning hilltop village. At the heart of the development, an expansive clubhouse with an 80-room hotel and spa connects the community with the 18th hole. Organized around a central piazza, the village is a dense interplay of buildings and stepped elevations that creates a single organic environment with a mix of outdoor spaces, stairways, and terraced gardens.

EDSA provided overall master planning, site planning, and detailed design for the private residences, town center, and hilltop village. EDSA also assisted with presentation materials for sales and marketing.
