Overview

Pont Royal is a planned resort community in southern France that reflects its location in both architecture and site planning with familiar characteristics of the picturesque hill towns of the region.

Market squares, fountains, garden courtyards, and narrow pedestrian streets provide resort ambiance of a Provencal village integrated with modern requirements among residential offerings. It includes an 18-hole Seve Ballesteros golf course, 11 tennis courts, a health club, a lagoon swimming pool, and a village square with shops, boutiques, and restaurants. 

EDSA provided master planning and detailed design services for the first phase of Pont Royal.
