The planning for the project included residential estate lots along with seven hotel/hotel product sites, the core anchor hotel being the Four Seasons. The amenities for the resort community include 3 golf courses with 2 practice areas, 8 beach clubs, an equestrian center, 2 golf clubs, an interpretive/nature center that will relate to the archeological area located within the project, a small marina facility, a spa/wellness center, and a sports center. EDSA provided project vision and master planning services for this project.
