Designed to integrate with nature, this vacation destination is designated a Certified Gold Audubon International Signature Sanctuary acknowledging the efforts of foresting its property, using recycled materials in construction, and protecting natural species and trees.

EDSA provided schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for all residential components, the golf clubhouse, hotel, town center, and beach club inclusive of site amenities such as pool areas, parking configurations, arrival courts, walkways, and entrance features.
